Meet Ryane LeCesne

I’m a proud Black woman business owner, wife, mom, and someone who is deeply passionate about helping other high-achieving women—especially Black women—own their brilliance and boldly pursue their dreams.

But getting here wasn’t easy. Like many, I spent years struggling with self-doubt, people-pleasing, and trying to live up to everyone’s expectations but my own. I battled through confidence gaps, questioned my voice, and wrestled with how to show up as my authentic self in spaces that weren’t built with me in mind. Through it all, I discovered the power of mindset, clarity, and personal branding—not the kind that demands code-switching or shrinking, but the kind rooted in truth, purpose, and joy.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve dedicated my life and career to empowering Black women and girls to do just that. I’ve coached hundreds of high-achieving women one-on-one, led thousands through transformational workshops, and developed my signature Advance Accelerator Program—a proven, evidence-based system designed to help Black women elevate their mindset, manage their energy, and advance professionally and personally.

As a keynote speaker, I’ve had the honor of taking the stage for leading organizations such as Walmart, McDonald’s, GDIT, ColorComm, American University, the Chicago City Treasurer’s Women’s Small Business Expo, Corporate Counsel Women of Color, and more. Whether I’m in a boardroom, on a big stage, or in a one-on-one session, I bring heart, honesty, and real-world strategy to every space I enter.

At Finesse School, the company I proudly lead, we offer holistic, innovative coaching that blends mindset, leadership development, business strategy, and communications to help our clients achieve deep transformation.

The work is personal—because I’ve lived it. And it’s powerful—because I’ve seen what happens when women are finally given the tools, support, and permission to step fully into who they are.

When I’m not coaching, speaking, or building new programs, you can find me reading (usually something about leadership, personal growth, or spirituality), cheering on my husband and our little love bug, or on the tennis court doing something just for me. I’m also a proud member of The Links, Incorporated, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Jack & Jill of America, and the Junior League of Detroit, and deeply committed to civic engagement and community impact.

I believe that confidence is not something we’re born with—it’s something we build. And I’m here to help more Black women build it, own it, and lead with it.

Why Finesse School?

Because you deserve more than survival—you deserve soulful success.
At Finesse School, we see you: the ambitious, brilliant, high-achieving Black woman who has done everything “right” but still feels like she’s carrying the weight of unspoken expectations, cultural conditioning, and a quiet question: Is this all there is?

We exist to help you answer that question with a bold, beautiful no—and to guide you into a life that feels unapologetically yours.

Finesse School isn’t just coaching—it’s a spiritually grounded transformation experience rooted in sisterhood, truth-telling, and strategy. Here, we help Black women like you unlearn the stories that keep you stuck, master your mindset and energy, and embody the brilliance you were born with—not what the world told you to be.

As your professional best friend and sacred mirror, I walk beside you with compassion and power, helping you move from silent suffering to soulful alignment. Together, we shift from perfection to presence, from pressure to purpose, and from code-switching to coming home to yourself.

This is where your real elevation begins.

You don’t need fixing. You need freedom.

And Finesse School is where you learn how to own it, live it, and lead with it.
